Covid Policy        Here is what we’re doing to keep you and ourselves safe:

Checking-in and social distancing

We keep contact to a minimum and increase protection at reception by taking new guests’ temperatures, keeping to social distancing requirements and having hand sanitiser available in public areas and outside bedrooms.

Hygiene and anti-viral sanitising spray

We sanitise daily the public areas, door handles and handrails with approved disinfectants to the European standard of EN14476, effective against Coronavirus. In the bedroom, we pay special attention to light switches, TV remotes, door handles, kettle handles and the cord on the window blinds.

Housekeeping

Our dedicated team have been with us for a long time, meaning they understand the importance of delivering and maintaining high standards in cleanliness and hygiene. We are also carrying out additional checks on rooms before you arrive. Once you’ve checked in, we won’t enter your room to clean it unless you specifically ask us to do so or on the 7th day of your stay, when you have a choice for us to clean your room.

Bed linen and shower curtains

Laundering is done on a 60-degree wash cycle which is not good for the environment but allows a safe and great night’s sleep. We have also removed all extra throws and cushions and keep soft furnishings to a minimum to allow a safer environment. Every 4/6 months we buy and replace duvets and pillows and use protectors on our beds.

Protective equipment for our teams

To protect ourselves and our team we provide PPE equipment including gloves, masks and hand sanitiser.

Guests’ shared Kitchen

We operate a one-in, one-out policy and hand sanitiser is expected to be used before entering.
